Many customers choose to modify their plan.

Some modifications my be,

• Changing foundation type.

• Adding a garage bay or changing the size.

• Changing room sizes.

• Garage entry side.

• Changing exterior.

• Any other changes

We will make sketches etc to show you before we finish the plan for you.

Additional information:

• After your approval on a final draft, we complete changes and sends you the custom plans. 

• You will receive a complete new set

• All modifications will meet national building codes.
